He earned his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and has completed many years of advanced training and education. Dr. Kotulski's extensive experience includes 15 years as a preventive medicine specialist in the United States Army Reserves and three years as an osteopathic physician working for the world-renowned Mayo Health Systems.

In addition, Jeff Kotulski, DO is one of only three osteopaths in the entire United States who is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine, American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and American Board of Holistic Medicine, the last of which he is a founding diplomate. Dr. Kotulski's triple board certification means that you’ve chosen a medical specialist who has met and surpassed the highest standards of his profession for three separate medical boards.

Finally, Dr. Kotulski is an adjunct professor at Midwestern University’s Department of Osteopathy, where he teaches osteopathic medicine and family medicine to other doctors.
