- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm CST
- Tuesday, Thursday: 7:30 am - 7 pm CST
- Saturday: 8 am - 1 pm CST
In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Between the Bridges Healing Center and they will contact us.
We are not available 24/7. We are available during regular clinic hours. Limited Same Day appointment slots are available.
For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you have a question related to your bill or insurance, please contact our billing specialists at (507) 388-7488.
At Between the Bridges Healing Center, we do not accept any insurance plans. That is because our providers have one goal in mind: to serve you, our patient. Insurance companies influence treatment decisions, but at Between the Bridges Healing Center, only you and your health care provider will be influencing your treatment options.
In some instances, you may be able to bill your insurance company for services provided at Between the Bridges Healing Center.
We aim to take the guesswork out of your medical billing. Estimated charges are available before any service is provided to you. You will be given a statement at the time of service that can be reconciled at that visit.
Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Between the Bridges Healing Center are routinely issued during our regular office hours (see above). You can make your request by contacting your pharmacy and having your pharmacy fax the office with the request. Please allow 72 hours for medication refills.
No refills are issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the doctor does not have access to your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
